SENIOR DATA INTELLIGENCE MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

SpotCo is searching for a data scientist with expertise in quantitative and qualitative storytelling. This individual will work directly with internal teams to lead insight-based marketing strategies, craft custom audience profiles, and analyze sales trends to guide our team’s next steps. This role will have direct communication with clients, and will participate in new business opportunities.

This role focuses on the development and growth of 3 key tenants of SpotCo’s data intelligence:

Business Intelligence

  • Ticket Sales Trends: Identify trends and opportunities within sales data to better inform media decisions
  • Thought Leadership: Work directly with SpotCo leadership to craft industry reporting, and thought leadership-styled content

Media Intelligence

  • Measurement Plan: Craft measurement plans that identify campaign primary and secondary KPIs, reporting cadence, and measurement mediums
  • Campaign Performance Reporting: Collaborate on internal reporting structure to provide creative-based insights to inform future creative

Audience Intelligence

  • Audience Research: Develop, deploy, and report on audience surveying, user behavior analysis, ticket buyer profiles, etc.
  • Sentiment Analysis: Monitor and measure quantitative and qualitative metrics that indicate audience sentiment (e.g. social listening, NPS, surveys, etc.)
  • Persona Development: Leverage audience data and industry insights to develop audience personas and to inform media and creative teams

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data intelligence
  • Expertise with data visualization platforms (e.g. Google Looker Studio, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc.) + aggregation tools (e.g. Funnel, Supermetrics, etc.)
  • Expertise with audience research tools (e.g. Alchemer, YouGov, Statista, etc.)
  • Familiarity with web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • Familiarity with digital ad platform metrics on the campaign, ad set, and creative level
  • Display eagerness, ambition, and a relentless curiosity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with effective client communication

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in using query languages like SQL and RegEx
  • Experience working within live entertainment / ticket sales
  • Experience working with multi-attribution and mixed media modeling
  • 2-3 years of agency experience
  • A love for live entertainment / theater

SALARY: $100,000 - $115,000/year

ACCOUNT MANAGER

The Account Manager provides day-to-day support to the Account Director on a variety of accounts for the agency. The Account Manager helps to shape the strategy and “story” of every client meeting with the input and support of SpotCo’s various expert teams (Social Marketing, Ticketing, Digital, Partnerships, Creative, etc.). The Account Manager works alongside the AD in obtaining client creative approvals and also assists in the creation of meeting agendas and presentations and oversees the workflow of the Creative Project Associates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work hand-in-hand with Social Marketing team, Partnerships Team, and Ticketing and Sales to develop strategy points for the Account Directors in preparation for weekly meetings, client updates, and day-to-day account needs
  • Initiate the creation of client meeting decks and agenda documents
  • Work in tandem with Account Director in corresponding with client directly with creative approvals
  • Attend Internal and External Client meetings and take down and distribute internal and external meeting notes for all meetings
  • Develop and build media plans with Account Directors
  • Look ahead in media plans to develop and maintain up-to-date deliverables list with the Creative Project Associate
  • Oversee weekly Account internal check-ins with team and prepare internal meeting decks etc
  • Oversee the workflow of Creative Project Associates
  • Test ticket buying path online when a show goes on sale and periodically through a show’s life to ensure that set up on Telecharge and show website is up to date and working correctly

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years experience working in marketing or advertising in a role directly dealing with clients (interactive experience / knowledge of social a plus)
  • Interest in / knowledge of the New York theater industry
  • Understanding of basic advertising/marketing principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Keynote and Power Point
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a range of personalities
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in digital advertising, social media platforms a must
  • Strong presentation and communication skills required
  • Able to work a hybrid schedule (in-person and remote)

SALARY: $58,000 - $60,000/year

 

ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE

The Account Associate provides day-to-day coordination and management for all creative projects that move through the agency on a given show – including, but not limited to: digital, print, outdoor, direct mail, social media and broadcast deliverables. The Account Associate keeps the status of all deliverables and understands the overall creative process in order to develop timelines, gather the appropriate experts for project collaboration and move a project forward in the workflow process to ensure deadlines are met.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creative/Account Management:
  • Act as primary liaison between Account and Creative teams, and manage the daily workflow of all creative projects from start to finish:
  • Work closely with the Account Manager on media plan to develop deliverables list, and to outline all upcoming projects
  • Open jobs in Chase and Basecamp

  • Disseminate all creative briefs and timelines with relevant teams on Basecamp

  • Keep timelines, deadlines and creative briefs current in Basecamp as work progresses on each project
  • Schedule all internal meetings needed to complete a given project

  • Keep notes of internal meetings and distribute accordingly

  • Route all jobs internally for client approval

  • Traffic all media-secured print, broadcast, digital, eblasts, etc.

  • Act as vendor’s main point of contact and coordinate color proofing and printing when necessary

  • Maintain up-to-date and organized files of all projects on Google Drive

  • Detail-oriented while managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence

  • Clear and concise communication skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills necessary to interact with a range of personalities

  • Familiarity with design applications as well as Keynote, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and Excel

  • A team player—willing and able to jump in and get your hands dirty on any and all types of projects
  • Able to work a hybrid schedule (in-person and remote)
  • Love of theatre a plus

SALARY: $45,000 - $50,000/year
