Overview

The thing that sucked most about making these posters was that the puppets’ schedules were a bitch to work around. But once we pinned them down, we were good to go. The Avenue Q logo is a fuzzy reference to Massimo Vignelli’s iconic signage for the NYC Subway system. (In reality, the “Q” train has a yellow circle, but we liked orange better.) And our politically-themed Tony "campaign" seems to have helped Avenue Q nab the coveted Tony Award for Best Musical!
