The Brooklyn Academy of Music is known for their extraordinary programming and The Bridge Project is no exception. The Bridge Project is a unique three-year series of co-productions by BAM, The Old Vic, and Neal Street, devoted to producing large-scale classical theater in repertory, all directed by Sam Mendes. We jumped at the opportunity to rebrand The Bridge Project for its second year. BAM wanted the key art to exude ‘this is a must-see event.’ The challenge was creating imagery that would fit perfectly with BAM’s internationally-recognized brand. We turned to photographer Evan Kafka to create bold, close-up portraits, using high dynamic range imagery. The campaign was seen citywide on subway platforms, online, and in print.
